2012 Lobbying Registration Renewal Update

When renewing an executive agency or retirement system lobbying registration in OLAC, the renew function should only be completed and submitted once.  Upon filing the renewal you will have a confirmation number and your registration will show as “received” on your Agent Executive Initials or Agent Retirement System Initials screen.   If you are uncertain as to whether you have successfully completed the renewal process please check the Agent Executive Initials or Agent Retirement System Initials screens to confirm your registration renewal before submitting the engagement again.  A number of renewals have been submitted for the same entity multiple times.

Lobbying Registration Renewals will not become active until the OLIG has received the invoice and filing fee.

Reminder:  the 2012 Lobbying Registration Renewal feature will no longer be available after January 31, 2012. Registrations submitted after that date will require the signature page and filing fee before becoming active.
