- September – December 2011 Activity & Expenditure Reports; and
- Executive & Retirement System Renewal Registrations for 2012.
- February 6, 2012 – Last day for Members and candidates appearing on the March 6, 2012 Primary Election Ballot to timely file or postmark their 2011 financial disclosure statement.
- February 21, 2012 – Invoices for Executive Agency & Retirement System Renewal Registrations along with corresponding filing fees must be received by JLEC.
