On December 31, 2011 all Executive and Retirement System lobbying engagements will expire in OLAC. Starting December 15, 2011 lobbyists can begin renewing Executive/Retirement System engagements.
In order for renewed registrations to become active, an Invoice and filing fee must be received by the OLIG for each 2012 engagement. To generate your invoice, click on the ‘Print Invoice’ button located at the top of each registration confirmation page.
– Registration Renewals no longer require the employer signature.
The streamlined renewal process will end on January 31, 2012. Registrations filed after this date will require a Signature Page/Invoice signed by both the lobbyist and the employer along with the filing fee.
