“JCARR” field added to Legislative Activity & Expenditure Reports

Beginning January 1, 2012 Lobbyists and their Employers must report JCARR activity in the new field labeled “JCARR” on their Legislative Activity & Expenditure Reports (AERs) in OLAC.  For example, if Liam Lobbyist spoke with JCARR staff and/or Members of JCARR outside of the public hearing process, regarding a proposed rule change being sought by the Department of Aging, Liam Lobbyist should type in the JCARR field on his Activity & Expenditure Report in OLAC:

Aging         Rule No. 173-40-02          Eligibility for the PASSPORT grandparented home care program.
