Lobbying Engagement Renewals

All lobbying engagements expired in OLAC on December 31, 2010. A lobbyist who  continues to advocate on behalf of client for which the lobbyist was registered as of 12/31/2010, must renew the lobbying engagements in OLAC by January 31, 2011. The lobbyist can renew the engagement in OLAC by: (1) signing into the OLAC user account; (2) selecting the category of lobbying; (3) reviewing the list of clients for that agent; (4) selecting the ‘Renew’ button next to each client on whose behalf the lobbyist will advocate; and (5) printing the signature page(s).

Signing and delivery of the signature page to the OLIG not later than February 21, 2011 completes the process.
