Lobbying Registration Renewals

On December 31^st ALL LOBBYING ENGAGEMENTS (LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE AGENCY, AND RETIREMENT SYSTEM) expire in OLAC.

 Starting December 15^th lobbyists can begin renewing engagements in their OLAC accounts*.  All renewed engagements must be submitted in OLAC by January 31^st.

The streamlined renewal process will end on January 31, 2013. Registrations filed after this date will require a Signature Page signed by both the lobbyist and the employer along with the filing fee.

Remember: Registration Renewals no longer require the employer signature.

In order for renewed registrations to become active, an Invoice and filing fee ($25 per engagement) must be received by the OLIG by February 21^st for each 2013 engagement. To generate the invoice, click on the ‘Print Invoice’ button located at the top of each registration confirmation page.

*Lobbyists should only renew engagements for entities that they intend to lobby on behalf of in 2013.
