Reminder – Electronic Payment

In 2019, the OLIG created an online payment portal for lobbying fees. In March 2020, the OLIG advised that we are no longer accepting cash, money orders or physical checks for payment of lobbying engagements.  Payment must be made electronically utilizing VISA, MasterCard, or a checking account by way of ACH.  

Electronic payment expedites your experience and is accessible via the lobbyist’s OLAC account. Lobbyists can add registrations to the checkout cart feature as you go or select ‘add all pending items to cart’ from your agent homepage.

Once you submit electronic payment, transactions are viewable from the ‘payment history’ link and receipts are available for printing.

Lobbyists may begin renewing registrations for Legislative, Executive and Retirement System engagements in OLAC on December 1, 2020.  The renewal option closes January 15, 2021.  Registrations submitted after this date will require a signed signature page. 

In order for renewed registrations to become active, the OLIG must receive electronic payment for the filing fee ($25 per engagement) not later than January 31, 2020.
