Fixing Online Errors When Filing Electronically

The Joint Legislative Ethics Committee (JLEC), strives to offer the most effective and efficient service to our registered lobbyists. Recently, we have seen a few common issues arise when uploading electronic documents:

  1. The filer is not uploading the signature page.
  2. The uploaded signature page is missing critical information (e.g. missing employer signatures).
  3. Forgetting to pay the filing fee.
  4. At this time, we will not be able to process physical checks or signature pages.

All steps must be completed for the engagement to be activated.

If you have recently utilized JLEC’s online filing system, please verify all documents and payments are complete and registrations submitted by going to your Agent homepage. On the homepage, please click the Incomplete Registration link. This will allow you to hover the cursor over the dollar sign ($), particular document, or person icons to verify any missing information.
