Registration Renewal is Live and Electronic Payment Will Expedite Your Experience!
For the first time, OLAC will accept electronic payment for registration renewals. This means if you pay electronically you will not need to print and mail anything to our office.
A lobbyist may pay individually, by client, or simply select the “add all pending items to cart” from the agent homepage and pay for your renewals at one time.
Once you file your renewal and pay electronically your registrations are immediately activated.
Lobbyists can begin renewing registrations for Executive and Retirement engagements in OLAC on December 1st.* Legislative registrations do not expire until December 31, 2020.
The renewal option closes January 15, 2020. Registrations submitted after this date will require a Signature Page signed by both the lobbyist and the employer.
Lobbyists are welcome to still pay by check. In order for renewed registrations to become active, the OLIG must receive the Invoice and filing fee ($25 per engagement) not later than January 31st for each 2020 engagement.
* Lobbyists should only renew engagements for entities they intend to lobby on behalf of in 2020.
