Post Employment Disclosure

Every state elected officer or staff member who filed or was required to file a financial disclosure statement under the Ethics Law who leaves public service or public employment must file an Initial Post Employment Disclosure Statement not later than their last day of public service or public employment. If you are a PED filer with a Qualifying Source of Income: you will file an Updated Post Employment Disclosure Statement with this office three times annually; due May 31, September 30, and January 31 of each each year.

This Statement is available the first day of any month a report is due.
