Registration Timelines

Once the percentage of compensated time threshold is met triggering lobbying registration on behalf of an entity; the following timeline must be followed for the registration process:

Initial Registration Statements- The appropriate Initial Registration Statements (Executive, Legislative, Retirement) must be filed in OLAC within 10 calendar days of lobbying representation.

Signature Pages- All completed signature pages must be received by the OLIG with the $25 filing fee per signature page within 15 business days of the date in which the Initial Registration Statement was entered in OLAC*.

Registrations that are filed outside of this timeline may require an explanation for the delay.

*Original signatures are not required; they may be faxed/PDF’d to the employer for signature.
