Executive & Retirement System Lobbying – New Reporting Format
Beginning with the January – April 2015 Reporting Period, you will notice a change in the Executive and Retirement System lobbying Activity & Expenditure Reporting format.
Executive Activity Reporting now has 3 fields:
- Agency* – Drop down listing of all Agencies, Boards, and Commissions.
- Decision Description* – A specific description of the subject matter of the decision.
- Decision or Rule # – Report the corresponding decision or rule number if applicable.
Retirement System Activity Reporting now has 2 fields:
- Agency* – Drop down listing all 5 of the systems.
- Description* – A specific description of the subject matter of the decision.

These changes will help facilitate full and complete disclosure of activity as required by R.C. 121.62(B) and 101.92(B).
