Reminder: Lobbying Activity Reported on Executive Activity & Expenditure Reports

Following each reporting period, Executive Agency Lobbyists and Employers must report all Lobbying Activity on their respective Activity & Expenditure Reports.

Reporting: “any and all executive agency decisions affecting [Employer] or its business,” does not fulfill this reporting requirement.

To report Executive Agency Lobbying Activity, the following is to be reported:

  • Name of the Executive Agency,
  • If available, the decision number designation (such as Administrative Rule #),
  • A brief description of the decision.
